This video is about negative self-talk. Something we all do when we don't feel good enough. One of the things that Judo did for me when I was a child was to help me establish confidence when I realised that I could fall and not get hurt. But more importantly, I discovered I was good at something. Perhaps not the best but nevertheless pretty good. It's hard to be negative when you are thinking about something other than yourself... Judo that is.

Sport may not be what you are good at but there will be something and there will always be someone out there that you can befriend. It's just a matter of keeping on trying. I know that is not good grammar but it is intentional.

The main gist of this video is to keep looking for someone to talk to and to look for something that you are good at. You don't have to be the best at it but good nevertheless. Don't, whatever you do, talk to yourself or let someone talk you out of looking for someone to talk to and something you can be good at even if it takes a lot of practice.
