This is a video of a Japanese judoka named Koji Komuro (5th dan). He is a full-time instructor at Kodokan Judo Institute. His nickname is Komlock and he is performing a Judo armlock that is an excellent example of a standing armlock.

A past Japanese student Highlighted this particular video to me as an excellent example of the use of a standing armlock and in combination with Tomo nagi.

Often these videos are really difficult to tell what is going on. They tend to be a blur of action and you just have to take on faith that the video is about what the title says. This video is not like that.
