Strength Training
The debate has been long going about strength training as to whether you should use machines or free weights for muscle gain.
Overall it's good to use a combination of these two techniques based on what we want to achieve. Using free weights can help us build coordination. When we use machines we are likely to build our max output but some of these strength gains will end up being lost on events that are not as stable as we are used to.
